The Old Pastures Boarding Kennels
We at The Old Pastures are offering luxury accommodation for dogs in a picturesque location with impeccable countryside surroundings. Our friendly team are dedicated to making your dog’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We have 10 luxury kennels altogether, 2 of which are away from the main set – perfect for dogs who are a little nervous. It means, with so few kennels, there will be less noise and we can give each dog the individual care and attention they deserve. Each of our fully heated kennels are spacious, and come with a sleep area and a run. Plus we have separate runs outside for each dog to use twice a day, giving them a change of scenery and more human contact.
All dogs in our care will be walked twice a day, either around our own surrounding fields or in our fully enclosed paddock, where they can be let off the lead and run about and have fun. We give our dogs quality food or we can feed them their own food. For added peace of mind, we have an up-to-date CCTV and alarm system. You will be pleased to hear, we can also cater for all your small pets too. Everyone is welcome to come and visit us beforehand, to have a look around. We even offer a free 2 hour trial for your dog in our kennels, if they have never been with us before. We have plenty of parking, and we are ideally located near the M25 and M1.
We understand more than most that all dogs are individuals and require differing levels of care, exercise and dietary requirements. Our team are more than capable to administer any type of medication, from giving them a special diet or antibiotics to insulin for diabetic dogs. We can provide a complete dried diet, baskets and blankets that they can use, or to make them feel more comfortable, you can bring their own items from home. We have an enrichment programme for the dogs in our care where they can enjoy treat balls, lick mats, and some sprinkler fun in the summer time.
As an added bonus we also offer a dog grooming service for kennelled dogs and external clients, where we can give your dog a spruce up with a bath and brush.
