Tara’s Pet Taxis
Tara first established in 2012, but she has been running properly since June 2017 with an ever growing clientele. Tara is the founder/driver/business owner and absolute animal lover! She has vast experience in animal handling and behaviour and is confident with all types of animal. She has her own rescue dog, Tia and she ensures that every pet that is chauffeured is treated with the same love, respect and affection as her own. From making sure windows are open sufficiently to choosing a radio station that the pet seems to enjoy, comfort and security are of the utmost importance.

PETS TO VETS
This can be a single journey or a return journey. We can accompany your pet to the vet and take the necessary notes/medication/advice to relay to you upon its safe delivery home. We have a good relationship with several veterinary practices including the PDSA (Hendon), Wood Street Vets in Barnet, Goddard Vet Group and many others around Herts and North London.
HOLIDAY DROP-OFFS & PICK-UPS
If you are catching an early or late flight we can pick up your pet up after you leave or before you get home to save them staying an extra night in the kennel/cattery.
DECEASED PET TRANSPORTATION
We arrange the collection of your deceased pet from a home/veterinary surgery and their respectful transfer to a chosen pet cemetery, such as Islington & St Pancras Cemetery in North London. Let TPT relieve some of the stress and upset at this difficult time by assisting this process.
GENERAL PET TRANSPORTATION
We cover every other transportation requirement that a pet may have, for example to a: Groomer, Dog Show, Training Class, Airport, Pet Sitter/Friend’s house, Doggy Day Care etc.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- All vehicles are fitted with a universally approved dog guard and travel areas are fitted out with non-porous materials to allow for easy cleaning between pets.
- All vehicles carry a Pet First Aid Kit, fresh water and a clean towel at all times too.
