Martial Arts Self Defence Lessons for Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and
Bedfordshire. The martial art of ‘Qi Kwan Do’ teaches self defence to children
and adults alike. There are currently a number of Qi Kwan Do martial arts classes located throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire training men, women and children to become a Black Belt Leader and beyond.
