We at Omega Citylifts are an independent service company who specialises in servicing, maintaining, repairing, modernising and refurbishing a wide range of different lifts. We first formed back in 1983, but then became part of the Omega Elevator group of companies in 2004 and eventually changed our name to Omega Citylifts Limited. We have catered for more than 1000 lifts over the years across Hertfordshire in many domestic and commercial properties. The cornerstone of our ‘right first time’ policy is safety and fault prevention. Safety is mainly our primary focus; each lift we service must be maintained to the highest safety standards. In fact, we are very proud to say, we are an Approved Safe Contractor as we have been recognised for our stringent procedures. Our philosophy is: ‘prevention is better than cure’, so we aim to minimise lift down time and prevent inconvenience and any costly disruption to our clients’ time and business.

Our range of services includes:
- Basic Contract – With our basic contract, we are able to offer a periodic service that will include preventive maintenance, condition reports, and 24/7 emergency breakdown cover.
- Comprehensive Contract – We also offer a more comprehensive contract that offers a periodic service which includes preventive maintenance, condition reports, and 24/7 emergency breakdown cover, plus repairs and spare-parts.
- A Lift Modernisation & Refurbishment Service – This may include: Changing or replacing the lift control or the drive system, Modernisation of motor and gear box etc, and Changing in the aesthetics of the lift car interior, landing doors, entrance and indicators.
