• Testing & Inspection: Our team can do electrical installations, condition / inspection reports, maintenance & repairs, landlord safety certificates, periodic inspections, emergency lighting tests and emergency call outs.
• Electrical Contracting: We are able to carry out electrical contracts of varying sizes as either the main contractor or sub-contractor, for construction companies, developers and the end users. We provide electrical design, installation and commissioning services.
• Maintenance Reactive & Contracts: We have worked with a number of letting agents and landlords over the years. We can offer planned preventative maintenance services as well as 24hr reactive maintenance including on-call services.
