We sell local meats in St Albans, homebred grass fed lamb & Hereford beef, fed home grown barley, turkeys, locally sourced pork & chicken. Home produced Hereford beef and grass fed lamb all year round! Also lots of other locally sourced meat, including pork and poultry. At Hedges Farm all of our beef is sired by Hereford Bulls.
